Anthurium— The Pattern
A contained vibration begins along a narrow central axis, then gradually opens into broad curved fields that lift upward and expand outward from the center. As the structure develops, these fields widen, overlap, and interact while the central vibration remains strongly defined. At full bloom, the pattern reaches its greatest radial expansion, creating a broad field of intersecting movement around the concentrated center. As the bloom begins to wither, the outer fields lose their alignment, drift apart, and release unevenly. The remaining vibration gradually contracts until the expansive structure is reduced once again to a quiet central resonance.
